During the touristic season there is an everyday transport from Samos and the islands of the Dodecanese with the catamaran www.12ne.gr, or with local vessels.
It is also connected with the islands of Syros, Samos, Ikaria, Leros, Kalymnos, Kos, Rhodes, Leipsos, Agathonisi and from June and all summer months with "Kavala" (North Greece) and the islands Lemnos, Chios, Mytilini.
PATMOS STAR, a subsidized vessel connects Patmos with the islands of Lispi and Leros.
by EIRHNH connects Patmos with the islands of Arkioi and Marathi
If you have a private boat or want to come with a sailboat there is a marina for hosting 80 boats.
